- Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Times: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Bookings: via NHS Website and Walk-Ins welcome
- Site: The Health Hive, Chorley Street, Bolton, BL1 4AL (former Bolton Diabetes Centre)
- Eligibility: Patients aged 75 years and over and immunosuppressed patients due to a medical condition, or treatment.
