Health and Safety Law makes it a practice’s responsibility to protect its staff and patients.
Based upon these risk assessments, the law imposes on the Practice the duty to expect you to wear a mask, and on you, the duty to wear one whilst attending these premises.
If you are exempt from wearing a mask, we can provide you with a visor instead.
