The Dunstan Partnership is an approved training practice for the training of General Practice Registrars.
These are qualified doctors and have already worked in hospitals as junior doctors for at least 3 years and our Registrars have chosen General Practice as their career.
In order to qualify as a GP all doctors have to complete postgraduate training which includes at least 12 months training in General Practice.
Dr Whittaker and Dr Hague are the GP Trainers for The Dunstan Partnership.
The practice is also approved to help train more junior doctors who are within those first 3 years post qualification. These are doctors who have yet to decide where their medical career path lies. They stay with us for 4 months at a time and Dr Fiske is their mentor and supervisor.
